Q.  How long does shipping take?

A.  Shipping usually takes four business days with our free UPS 2^nd Day Air option (Please allow 2 days for processing).

Q. Can you engrave rings?

A. Yes, Palladium Rings Online offers two types of engraving. First is Etch engraving, which is free. Etch engraving is block letters only and can only be up to 30 characters (including spaces). The second type of engraving, and most popular, is laser engraving. With laser engraving you can do as many characters as you’d like. The more you do the smaller and harder it will be to read. You can do any font, language and most characters as long as your engraving can be sent via email.  Also with laser engraving you can request to have the outside of your band engraved, but it is assumed all engravings are on the inside unless stated otherwise.

Q. Where do I put my engraving information? 

A. On each product page there is an option for engraving. Just select which type you would like (Etch or Laser) and on the last tab of the checkout you will put your engraving instructions. If you chooses laser engraving please make sure to specify which font you would like. Some of our most popular fonts are: Arial, Bradley Hand ITC, Comic Sans, Monotype Corsiva, and Times New Roman.

Q.  Can I do a size exchange on my ring if it has been engraved?

A.  Yes, Palladium Rings Online has a lifetime warranty second to none.  Even if you have a ring engraved and need a new size we will re-size the ring for you.

Q. Will my ring come with a case?

A.  In most cases your ring will come with a case.  Sometimes because of time constraints your order will ship directly from the manufacturer to you and will not come with a case.  Also, most international orders will not come with a case.  If you need a case please specify in the special instruction portion of checkout.

Q.  Do your rings come with any warranty?

A.  Yes, EVERY ring on our website includes a FREE Lifetime Warranty.  Some rings will require you to register your ring to validate your lifetime warranty. If your ring is manufactured by Benchmark, you will receive a Lifetime Guarantee number that you will use to register your ring on benchmarkrings.com. Benchmark rings must be registered within 30 days.

Q.  Why are your prices so cheap?  Are your rings hollow?

A.  Palladium Rings Online manufacturers a lot of the rings sold on the site.  We then pass those savings onto our customers.  The other rings that aren't manufactured through our factory are purchased in large quantities from two of the nations largest manufacturers.  Because of the volume with these manufacturers we are given special pricing.  We use this special pricing to pass along savings to our customers.  All of our rings are top quality.  We don't sell any hollow or used jewelry.  We also use the savings on not having to pay large overhead and sales commissions to drive the prices down.  If you are looking for the best quality and the most competitive pricing you have found the place.
