Returns and Exchanges
Return and Exchange Policy
If you have any questions before ordering please contact us and we will answer your questions to the best of our abilities. If you are concerned about sizing we can send you a free ring sizer before you place your order or you can be fitted at any jeweler (make sure you know if you are being sized for comfort fit or regular fit). If there is a certain date you need your ring by please include that information with your order so that we can accommodate your order. If you make an order and haven't received it please contact us at least the day before you need it. We have no way to send a ring same day.
You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus actual shipping costs). If your ring does not have an engraving, it can be returned or exchanged. Rings that are engraved cannot be returned. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All of our Palladium Rings with Diamonds are non returnable.
If you need to return or exchange an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you would like to make an exchange, please include a note with your order number, what new ring you need, and engraving instructions (if applicable) when you send your ring to us.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
